Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on smokeless powder, primers, or any other hazardous materials once they have shipped. All sales on these items are final, in compliance with federal shipping regulations and safety protocols.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Smokeless Powder

• Rifle and Pistol Primers (All types)

• Ammunition or reloading components classified as hazardous

• Opened, used, or tampered items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

These restrictions help maintain product safety and regulatory compliance with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and other governing bodies.

📦 Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 5 hour of placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Cancellations are not guaranteed and will be approved at our sole discretion.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

We take extreme care in packing and shipping your order securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We require:

• Clear photos of the damaged packaging or items

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. Refunds for hazardous items will only be issued in cases of verified shipping errors on our end.

🔐 Return Eligibility (Non-Hazardous Items Only)

For any non-hazardous items (such as accessories and apparel), the following conditions apply:

• Must be returned within 15 days of delivery

• Item must be unused, in original packaging

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• A 15% restocking fee may apply
